What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payments via most major credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay & more. Please refer to the bottom of this website to see all payment types.
I have entered an incorrect address, what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, reply to your order confirmation email and confirm the correct address. Once you double-check, if the address given is wrong, notify us via email within 24 hours of your purchase at info@heirloomcosmetics.com
My order says it’s being returned back to you. What does that mean/what do I do?
If for any reason your order is shipped back to us, we will refund the item! NOT SHIPPING costs! Shipping has already been paid for printing the label and sending it to the address you provided during checkout! This includes if YOU accidentally put the wrong address or was not home to receive the package.

What are the ingredients in your products?
We use all-natural oils in our glosses. (Some glosses have different mixtures of oils) The oils we use are:
Grapeseed Oil
Coconut Oil
Vitamin E oil
Kokum and Shea Butter for Body Butters & Sugar Scrubs
Cocoa Butter for Sugar Scrubs
Mica Powder for color
Scents for scented products.
